Make sure you understand that Facebook is a communication tool for marketers. You can push out your message all you want but that isn’t communication. You also need to listen and respond to your clients and potential customers. You can solve problems before they pop up, increase engagement and maximize customer satisfaction if you use Facebook as a communication tool and not just an advertising tool. Keep your eye on trends, on your Facebook Insights and on what customers are saying to you and about you on Facebook. Communication is two ways, don’t just push, listen.
